By using InspectedCars.ae you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

InspectedCars.ae lists vehicles offered by sellers, arranges independent vehicle inspections carried out by our technicians, and issues inspection reports. We are not a party to the sale of any vehicle. We do not own listed vehicles, do not represent the buyer or the seller, and do not act as a broker in the transaction between them.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, misrepresentation or abuse of other users.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their legal right to sell the vehicle, and compliance with applicable UAE rules on vehicle sale and transfer. Listing content — including price, mileage, condition claims and photographs — is provided by the seller, not by us. We may remove listings that appear inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.

Inspection appointments depend on technician availability and on safe, lawful access to the vehicle at the agreed place and time. An inspection may be rescheduled or stopped where the vehicle is unavailable, unsafe to inspect, or cannot be identified. Inspection scope and limitations are described in the inspection disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

An issued report records the condition observed at the time and place of inspection. Reports are tied to the vehicle identification number, not to a listing, and remain the record of that inspection. You may share a report, but you may not alter it, present part of it as the whole, or reproduce it in a way that changes its findings.

Inspection fees are shown before you confirm a booking and are charged through our payment provider. Prices are in UAE dirhams. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Some summaries, condition insights, cost ranges and listing text are generated with AI assistance and are labelled as such. They are indicative only, are derived from the recorded inspection evidence, and do not replace the technician's findings or professional advice.

Do not scrape, resell or republish platform data, attempt to bypass access controls, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the platform to harass other users.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of buyers or sellers, for the outcome of any vehicle transaction, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
