This policy explains how InspectedCars.ae handles personal data on this website and its customer, dealer, technician and administrator portals. It applies to visitors, registered users and anyone who books an inspection.

Account data: name, email address, phone number, preferred language and role. Vehicle and listing data: make, model, year, mileage, VIN or plate details, photos and documents you upload. Inspection data: booking details, location, appointment times, checklist results, technician notes and photographs. Payment data: amount, currency, status and the reference issued by our payment provider — full card details are never received or stored by us. Technical data: request logs needed to operate and secure the service.

To create and secure your account, publish listings you choose to publish, schedule and carry out inspections, produce and deliver inspection reports, process payments through our provider, send service messages about your bookings, reports and payments, and to detect misuse of the platform.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use inspection contents or payment data for advertising.

Data is shared only where it is required to deliver the service: with the assigned inspection technician, with a seller or buyer where you deliberately share a report or contact a listing, with our hosting, database, payment and messaging providers acting on our instructions, and where required by applicable law.

Inspection reports are tied to a vehicle and to the customer who ordered them. A report is visible to that customer and to authorised staff. A report becomes publicly verifiable by reference number only when it is deliberately attached to a listing or shared by its owner.

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules, and files are held in private storage reachable only through short-lived signed links. Access is limited to the accounts and staff roles that need it. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Account, booking, payment and report records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to answer disputes about an inspection or a transaction. Issued reports are immutable records and are retained so they stay verifiable.

You can review and update your profile details in your account, choose your language, unpublish your listings, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deletion requests cannot remove records we must keep to keep an issued report verifiable or to meet legal obligations.

We use only storage that is strictly necessary to run the service: your sign-in session and your language preference are kept in your browser's local storage. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics is introduced later, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.
